ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage weekly ordering for assigned product categories and/or stores, ensuring accuracy and meeting order deadlines, and timely delivery. Maintain accurate cost and retail pricing information, optimizing profitability and customer value. Assist stores with pricing special orders, they have placed. Monitor and adjust minimum/maximum inventory levels to meet purchasing needs and maintain optimal stock positions. Participate in maintaining weekly records related to budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Ensure purchase order accuracy and integrity, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. Ensure accurate product entry and data management in our systems. Collaborate with the purchasing team on product entry/exit strategies and inactivation. Provide support to stores during emergencies, including coverage as needed. Conduct competitive shopping to analyze product offerings and pricing strategies.
