Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to avoid shortages.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier contracts.
Cost Control:
Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient purchasing and supplier negotiations.
