SR VP of Operations Job Overview:

Beauty Supply Distributor seeks detail oriented and organized individual. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to analyze sales data for purchasing merchandise for selling to salon professionals and company owned professional stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures when placing order with multiple vendors. Confirm all purchasing transactions, including invoicing and receiving. Maintain item maintenance files including item setup, item cost and selling pricing Monitor inventory levels and assist with re-ordering products as needed. Assist with manufacturer promotional offer and promotional advertising. Tracking promotional items and sale items movement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in purchasing preferred Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word and outlook) Analytical thinking
