Position Summary The Promotional Products Specailist serves as a primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from concept through delivery. This role works closely with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal team members to source products, provide pricing and estimates, process orders, and ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to build customer relationships, grow existing business, and identify new opportunities while maintaining profitable margins. Source and present creative promotional product solutions that align with customers' goals, branding, and target audiences. Research products, obtain supplier pricing, and determine product availability. Prepare accurate and timely quotes, estimates, and proposals for customers. Process customer orders and manage revisions in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure orders are produced correctly and delivered on schedule. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. Assist in developing new promotional product programs and enhancing existing programs through product sourcing, inventory management, and promotional material updates. Maintain accurate digital records, order documentation, and customer information. Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve order-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, supplier offerings, and emerging promotional product solutions. Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support, promotional products, printing, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
