• Bachelor's Degree business or 2 years of retail store managerial experience or a combination of relevant education and experience\n
• Accuracy\/attention to detail\n
• Completed development plan for both assistant buyer and assistant planner (Level 7)\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office\n
• Familiarity with retail industry\/technical terms and processes\n
• Ability to function in a fast paced, retail\/office environment\n
• Organize\/prioritize tasks\/projects\n\nDesired\n
• Knowledge of JDA planning software or similar software\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Magic\n
