We are committed to delivering high-quality mechanical systems for hospitals, data centers, commercial buildings, research facilities, schools, and other complex construction projects. Position Summary In this role, you will work closely with our Manufacturing Facility Leads to gain hands-on experience in the different departments involved in pipe fabrication. Additionally, you will rotate through fieldwork with our Journeymen to learn piping installation processes. This hands-on training is essential before supporting our high-profile mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) Strong organizational and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines General Responsibilities Support purchasing activities for mechanical construction projects Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes and pricing Procure materials, equipment, and supplies Track orders to ensure timely delivery Maintain vendor relationships and performance records Resolve discrepancies with orders, invoices, and deliveries Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting material needs Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Gain hands-on exposure to field operations to better understand project material requirements Perks of the Trade Weekly pay Health benefits 401(k) with employer contributions Profit-sharing program Seven paid holidays Company phone Career growth and development opportunities
