$17/hour

Full-Time, Entry-Level, On-site This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Summary:
Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track shipments. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor information, and pricing. Resolve discrepancies with vendor deliveries and invoices. Maintain organized purchasing files and documentation.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business, or related field preferred. Willingness to learn (training provided). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently after training.
