Responsibilities Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and tracking order status within ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, or AS400. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to secure the best value for the company. Support materials management activities including inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain planning to maintain optimal stock levels. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications to ensure compliance and transparency. Contribute to sourcing initiatives by researching new suppliers and evaluating their capabilities in line with company standards. Monitor inventory levels using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools and assist in production planning and merchandising efforts. Assist with e-commerce procurement activities and coordinate logistics for inbound shipments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems such as

SAP, SAP ERP, JD

Edwards, Oracle EBS or similar platforms is highly desirable. Strong understanding of materials management, inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain fundamentals. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contracts management, pricing negotiations, and logistics coordination. Familiarity with production planning, merchandising, and e-commerce procurement is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
