This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys working with data, following structured processes, and maintaining strong communication with customers and vendors. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to learn the wholesale distribution and manufacturing business and grow with the company over time. Key Responsibilities Process and review high volumes of purchasing data with accuracy and attention to detail. Execute multi-step purchasing and ordering processes while learning the business behind them. Enter, verify, and maintain purchase orders, product information, and pricing within the ERP system. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, backorders, and changes. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and shipment schedules. Track open orders and ensure commitments are met. Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues appropriately. Take on increasing responsibility as product knowledge and skills develop. What We're Looking For Required Qualities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data. Ability to learn and follow complex, multi-step processes. Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and providing updates. Positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset. Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with the company. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in purchasing, order processing, customer service, data entry, or related fields is preferred. Experience with ERP systems and spreadsheets is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under high volume. Why Join Us?
