Responsible for purchasing of production and office suppliesPrimary Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue purchase orders on a timely basisCommunicate with supplies to track shipments, manage deliveries and resolve discrepanciesMonitor inventory levels and identify when to replenish materialsMaintain price records and research best value and terms for suppliesInform management of upcoming price increases, improved product availability and alternativesComply with company policies and proceduresMaintained detailed, accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, delivery confirmations and price listsExperience with MS office or related business softwareEducational Requirements:
