Competitive Hourly Pay (DOE) | Weekly Pay Support the Work That Keeps Projects Moving Criterion General, Inc. is seeking a reliable and driven Expeditor to support ongoing construction projects in Anchorage and surrounding areas. This role is critical to keeping job sites running efficiently by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be—on time and ready for use. For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a long-term position with a company that prioritizes keeping its team consistently busy year-round. Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery and transport of materials, tools, and equipment between job sites Support mobilization and demobilization of construction sites Load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently Drive to project locations including Seward and Denali (long days may be required) Assist field teams with general support as needed Maintain organization and accountability of tools and materials Prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests across active projects Work safely in varying weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain or maintain a DOT Medical Card Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable driving long distances, including same-day extended routes Working knowledge of construction tools and building materials preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Weekly payroll Medical, dental, and vision insurance (75% employer-paid for employee-only coverage) 401(k) eligibility after one year Sick leave in accordance with Alaska state law Why Join Criterion General Consistent, year-round work Variety of commercial construction projects Team-oriented environment with strong communication Opportunity to grow within a well-established Alaska contractor Why Criterion General Criterion General delivers projects through a collaborative, partnership-driven approach, bringing together owners, contractors, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
