Alaska Council of School Administrators (ACSA)
ACSA Operations & Technology Coordinator Compensation:
$58,000-$60,000 DOE ACSA is a statewide, non-profit member organization comprised of school and district administrators. Administrative Coordination
  • Provide administrative support for ACSA and AERRC.
  • Provide administrative support for international hiring programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper files related to international teacher recruitment and placement.
  • Prepare documents, forms, and correspondence as directed.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars related to international hiring activities.
  • Assist with tracking program timelines and important deadlines. Visa Paperwork & Document Management
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to international teacher visa applications.
  • Track required paperwork and notify staff when documents or signatures are needed.
  • Maintain records of visa filing dates, renewal timelines, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate document collection from school districts, teachers, and legal partners.
  • Maintain confidential immigration and employment records. Certification & Deadline Tracking
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for educator certification dates and renewal timelines.
  • Track visa expiration dates and renewal deadlines.
  • Maintain records of placement locations and employment dates for international educators.
  • Provide reminders to AERRC leadership regarding upcoming deadlines and required submissions. Financial Processing & Invoicing
  • Prepare invoices for international hiring services provided to school districts.
  • Assist with tracking payments related to visa processing, legal services, and recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate invoicing and recordkeeping for membership dues.
  • Maintain records of program-related payments and expenses. AERRC Job Board Support
  • Assist with maintaining the online job board.
  • Provide administrative support to districts posting positions on the job board.
  • Assist applicants with technical questions related to job board access or application submission.
  • Monitor job postings for accuracy and notify staff of needed updates. Website & Social Media Support
  • Assist with updating the website with current information, job postings, and announcements.
  • Post approved content related to recruitment initiatives and program updates.
  • Assist with scheduling social media posts and sharing recruitment materials. Other duties as assigned by ACSA Executive Director or AERRC Leadership Qualifications
  • Experience with technology platforms, databases, or job board management.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working with school districts, education systems, or workforce recruitment (preferred).
  • Ability to provide training and technical support to diverse users across Alaska.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
