This role involves driving between properties, updating lockboxes, placing yard signs, checking property conditions, and assisting with general property readiness and leasing support. Responsibilities Update and maintain lockboxes at rental properties Install and remove leasing yard signs Conduct routine property status checks and report findings Ensure properties are presentable and market-ready Take photos/videos of properties when needed Communicate updates with the management team Assist with miscellaneous field and operational tasks Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable driving between multiple properties throughout the day Basic smartphone skills for photos, maps, and communication Compensation Part-Time Position $15/hour $0.25 per mile reimbursement Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced property management environment.
