Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center - Birmingham, Alabama Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Scheduler to support daily staffing operations at our skilled nursing facility in Birmingham, AL. This role is critical to ensuring appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts while supporting nursing leadership and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements. What You'll Do:

Create and manage staff schedules for nursing departments (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts, including weekends and call-offs Coordinate replacements for open shifts and last-minute staffing needs Communicate daily staffing updates with nursing leadership Track attendance, call-offs, and overtime Assist with maintaining staffing ratios and compliance requirements Support onboarding schedules and orientation coordination

What We're Looking For:
