We are looking for a reliable and organized ERP Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily administrative and production operations. The ERP Operations Specialist supports daily business operations by maintaining and optimizing ERP system processes that support accounting, inventory, purchasing, and production functions. This role ensures data accuracy, supports cross-functional workflows, reconciles inventory transactions, and assists users with ERP-related issues to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

ERP Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support ERP system operations for accounting, inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving and production departments. Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, production usage, and stock balances to ensure data accuracy. Assist with month-end inventory and accounting reconciliations. Review and correct ERP data discrepancies, including item master records, BOMs, production orders, and inventory adjustments. Support production planning and manufacturing transactions within the ERP system. Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting. Assist in troubleshooting ERP system issues and provide user support and training to staff. Collaborate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and accounting teams to improve system workflows and process efficiency. Maintain ERP documentation, procedures, and data integrity standards. Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

ERP Operations Specialist Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred but not required. 2+ years of experience in ERP operations, inventory control, accounting support, or manufacturing operations. Experience working with ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, production processes, and accounting transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of manufacturing and production workflows. Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts. Understanding of purchasing, costing, and warehouse operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Office and production/warehouse environment. May require occasional support during inventory counts or month-end close activities.
