Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through outbound calls and personalized communication to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will help us build strong relationships and expand our client base. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly approach Engage with leads via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and promote our services Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all details are clear and complete Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer initial questions Maintain detailed records of interactions, updates, and client preferences using data entry tools Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize appointment setting strategies and improve conversion rates Skills Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with Bilingual skills highly desirable Strong sales aptitude with a passion for engaging customers and closing appointments Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Experience in customer support or client services, especially within call center environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Outbound calling experience with familiarity in call center operations or telemarketing techniques Strong analysis skills to interpret client responses and adapt communication strategies accordingly Ability to handle cash or process payments accurately when needed (nice-to-have) Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and record management Join us as an Appointment Setter if you're motivated by connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career in sales and customer service.
