Service Manager Assistant Bennett's Commercial Refrigeration, Inc. has provided quality service to the supermarket and convenience store communities in Arkansas since 1991. Our services have grown to include the installation of refrigeration equipment as well as computer controls in Arkansas and surrounding states. Bennett's Commercial Refrigeration, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Manager Assistant to support our service operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily workflows by managing job tracking, supporting technicians, and maintaining accurate records using BuildOps software. Key Responsibilities Use BuildOps to review and monitor service jobs for accuracy and completion Maintain and manage inventory on trucks, and orders on an as needed basis. Track technician time, labor hours, and job progress within the system Create and process purchase orders for parts, equipment, and materials Generate and manage customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner Assist in scheduling and job coordination as needed Ensure all job documentation is complete and properly recorded Communicate with technicians, vendors, and internal staff to support operations Identify and resolve discrepancies in job data, time tracking, or billing Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management preferred, specifically using the "Just-in-Time" method. (JIT) Previous experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or service industry operations preferred Experience with BuildOps or similar field service management software is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
