Office Associate / Scheduler - Customer Service & Operations Support CertaPro Painters of Northern Arizona | Flagstaff, AZ Full-Time | Year-Round | In-Person | Monday-Friday $40,000 Starting Salary + Benefits & Paid Time Off Looking for a Career, Not Just a Summer Job? CertaPro Painters is seeking a full-time, year-round Office Associate/Scheduler to join our team in Flagstaff. This is a permanent position with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities over time. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Coordinate schedules for painting crews and customer projects Communicate with customers regarding timelines, project details, and updates Track jobs and maintain information using Excel, email, and Microsoft Teams Support hiring efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Assist with marketing projects such as social media posts, signs, and flyers Participate in weekly team meetings and company initiatives Help keep our office organized and operating efficiently What We're Looking For Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable learning new technology and software Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and email Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Reliable, professional, and dependable Bonus points if you've worked in customer service, scheduling, or speak Spanish — but not required!
