Operator/Scheduler

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operator/Scheduler to join our dynamic team at a busy pain managment clinic office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional administrative support within a medical clinic environment. This role requires proficiency in medical office EHR preferably ECW. Duties

• Answering phones
• Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize wait times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, coding, and record-keeping.
• Provide medical administrative support as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails.
