Scheduler

A large, well established commercial drywall and framing contractor is seeking a Scheduler to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is critical to day to day operations and works closely with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to ensure labor and project schedules are aligned and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update project and manpower schedulesCoordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to align labor needsAllocate field crews across multiple active jobsitesTrack start dates, durations, sequencing, and shifting prioritiesCommunicate schedule changes clearly and proactively to internal teamsAssist with short term planning and look ahead schedulingIdentify conflicts or gaps in schedules and help drive solutionsMaintain accurate scheduling documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or operationsBackground in commercial construction; subcontractor experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsComfortable managing schedules across multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and construction softwareAbility to work collaboratively with both field and office teamsBenefitsSalary $80-110k baseAnnual bonusMedical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchProfit sharingVehicle allowancePTOHoliday pay
