  • We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who thrives on connection, organization, and helping patients move forward with their dental care.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
This is not just a front desk role—this is a patient experience and growth position. You will : Handle new patient calls and convert them into scheduled appointments Manage and optimize the schedule (fill openings, reduce gaps, same-day opportunities) Lead hygiene recall/recare efforts to keep patients coming back consistently Drive reactivation of overdue and unscheduled patients Communicate clearly with patients about treatment, timing, and next steps Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression in person and over the phone
Experience:
1-3 years of dental experience strongly preferred. This position is NOT entry-level and requires previous experience/dental knowledge. Strong communication and people skills (you genuinely enjoy talking to patients) Organized and proactive—you don't wait, you take initiative Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and multitasking Experience in dental is a plus, but not required (we can train the right person) A team player who wants to grow with the practice What Makes This Role Different You'll play a direct role in the growth of the office You're not just answering phones—you're guiding patients and building relationships You'll be part of a team that values positivity, accountability, and results Compensation
