We are patient centered and spend ample time in taking care of our patients. Job Duties include

• Scheduling Surgery
• managing surgical calendar, coordinating paperwork and orders with ambulatory surgery center.
• Guiding patients with their lens and surgery options. The majority of scheduling is cataract surgery
• Responding to questions about upcoming surgery
• Eligibility checks with Insurance companies and collecting payments from patients
• Inputting ORA surgical measurements Time will be split between our two offices with Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in Surprise and Tuesdays and Fridays in Phoenix We will be willing to train for the job responsibilities, but experience with surgery scheduling is preferred. Job benefits include
