Operations Coordinator

About Us At ICC (icc.com), we are a stable, growing networking hardware manufacturing company supplying a vast network of B2B distributors and operating a high-volume Amazon distribution. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our operations and keep our daily fulfillment running smoothly.

The Role:

This role is an execution-focused position. We will train you on our specific systems and workflows. Your primary focus will be to ensure that daily orders are processed, inventory data is accurate, and shipments go out the door efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process fulfillment orders for our network of wholesale distributors. Manage inventory replenishment for our Amazon FBA distribution. Generate accurate shipping labels, route LTL freight shipments, and manage carrier documentation. Perform data entry and routine inventory tracking within our ERP system. Execute operational routines with high accuracy and attention to detail. Oversee operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support procurement activities.

Requirements Tech-Savvy:

Highly comfortable with computers, navigating databases, and learning new software quickly.

ERP Experience:

1-3 years of experience using any major ERP system.

Detail-Oriented:

Proven ability to handle daily data entry and administrative tasks without making errors.

Reliable:

Looking for a stable, long-term team member who thrives in a structured, routine-driven environment.

Note:

Prior experience with P21 and Amazon FBA is a plus, but NOT required. We will fully train the right tech-savvy candidate.
