About the
Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Specialist (with a background in nursing) to support the Head of Clinical Operations in various administrative and clinical trial-related tasks. This short-term contract offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to clinical research processes, data handling, and medical device testing in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Contract period:
1 Jul to Oct/Nov 2026 The selected candidate would have to be located close to Baldwin Park Medical Center from 26 Jul 2026 onwards for 3 months. Kindly apply only if you are able to fulfil this arrangement. You will be working remotely most of the time, and must be prepared to travel to Baldwin Park Medical Centre whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative tasks related to ongoing clinical trials and operations Organize and input clinical trial data into spreadsheets and internal systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Excel and other tools Perform quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency Support in organizing trial documents, reports, and regulatory records Assist in device testing and provide feedback on usability and performance Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and status updates Participate in team meetings and take minutes as required Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Clinical Operations Maintain logs of medical device tests, track performance issues, and escalate anomalies
Requirements:
Registered nurse and/or graduated with a nursing degree Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry/management Comfortable working with sensitive information Interest in clinical research, medical devices, or healthcare operations Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good communication and time management skills
Pay:
$43.00 - $56.00 per hour
