Proven background in customer service, operations, or order management.Data Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and comfort managing large datasets.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with CRMs/customer service software (Epicor MRP experience is a major plus!).Soft Skills:
strong multitasking, problem-solving mindset, and top-tier communication skills.Education:
High school diploma required; degree in Business or Communications preferred.
