This role is responsible for overseeing facility-related issues, coordinating maintenance vendors, performing light hands-on upkeep, and helping ensure the office and property remain safe, clean, and operational. Key Responsibilities This list of responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and responsibilities may change to reflect business needs. Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC vendors, cleaners, painters, and general maintenance contractors Schedule repairs and follow up to ensure work is completed properly Monitor and proactively report facility or property issues Conduct recurring walkthroughs of the office and property to identify maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, service history, bids, maintenance schedules, repair status, and follow-up needs Track maintenance projects from scheduling through completion and proactively communicate updates Perform light facilities and operational upkeep tasks, including changing light bulbs, watering plants, cleaning debris from parking areas and entrances, moving or organizing office furniture and equipment, and supporting general office and property upkeep Assist in maintaining a safe, professional, and well-maintained office environment Qualifications 2+ years of facilities, property maintenance, office operations, or related experience preferred Basic understanding of general building systems and maintenance concepts, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general property upkeep Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to coordinate vendors and manage follow-up effectively Comfortable performing light physical and hands-on operational tasks Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Role Clarification This position is not intended to perform licensed trade work or major repairs. Complex plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or structural work will be coordinated through licensed vendors and contractors. Benefits
