Job Responsibilities:
1.
Operational Support:
Manage daily operations and monitor workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 2.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Input and maintain accurate data in operational systems; prepare and update reports, tracking documents, and spreadsheets. 3.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Support scheduling of meetings, events, and activities; coordinate logistics for staff and clients as required. 4.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely manner. 5.
Process Improvement:
Assist in the identification of areas for improvement in operations and contribute to the implementation of process enhancements. 6.
Vendor & Supplier Liaison:
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 7.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations where applicable. Assist in preparing operational reports for management. 8.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager/Director. 9. Create and maintain corresponding quality records, including but not limited to humidity, temperature, cleaning, and other relevant parameters, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
1.Strong organizational and time-management skills. 2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management tools. 4.Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required!!!
