Job Description

Due to business growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. If you are proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily warehouse inbound and outbound system operations Coordinate and arrange daily shipments Track ocean freight logistics and communicate in advance for warehouse receiving Submit payment requests related to warehousing and logistics Support the team with other operational and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, responsible, and efficient with strong execution skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus Prior experience in logistics or administrative roles is preferred
Compensation:
$20 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30
PM Location:
