The Landscape Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in bringing structure, visibility, and discipline to our revenue engine so leaders can make smart, timely decisions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and people. You'll ensure our CRM and revenue pipeline are accurate, current, and trusted—turning defined revenue standards into daily operating habits across Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Branch leadership. If you enjoy building confidence in the numbers, spotting risks before they become issues, and helping teams operate in rhythm, this role offers meaningful impact and visibility. What You'll Be Responsible For Revenue Visibility & Data Integrity Maintain a clean, reliable CRM that leaders trust as the source of truth for revenue performance Ensure pipeline data is accurate, timely, and aligned with defined revenue standards Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks—and drive them to resolution Pipeline Management & Forecasting Support Support consistent pipeline review and forecasting cadences across branches and leader Partner with Sales and Estimating to ensure opportunities are staged, valued, and forecasted correctly Provide actionable insights that strengthen forecast accuracy and confidence Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Branch leaders to reinforce revenue discipline Translate expectations into practical, day-to-day behaviors that teams can adopt and sustain Act as a connector—aligning how revenue is tracked, discussed, and managed across teams Continuous Improvement Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within the pipeline and revenue data Recommend process improvements that increase clarity, consistency, and scalability Support the evolution of revenue operations as the Landscape business grows Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Acumatica, Salesforce, HubSpot) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage deadlines, reporting rhythms, and recurring processes Analytical skills related to pipeline management and basic forecasting Comfort reinforcing standards and following through on data requirements Clear, effective communication with internal stakeholders Ability to learn and consistently apply defined revenue processes Experience in construction, landscape, or service-based industries preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations Hands-on experience maintaining CRM data and reports Experience supporting multi-branch or distributed teams preferred Who Will Succeed in This Role You are detail‑driven and take pride in clean, accurate data You enjoy being hands‑on and close to the work—not just advising from a distance You're comfortable partnering with leaders and diplomatically reinforcing standards You can spot patterns, ask the right questions, and translate data into insight You bring structure to complexity and follow‑through to process What You'll Get A high‑impact role supporting a growing and evolving Landscape business Visibility with branch and functional leaders The opportunity to shape how revenue operations are done—and done well A collaborative environment that values clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement
