  • $22•$25 per hour•Monday•Friday | 8:30 AM•5:05 PM•100% Onsite | 6-Month Contract (Possible Temp-to-Hire)•Are you experienced in radiology scheduling and looking for an opportunity to grow within a respected healthcare organization?
We are seeking a Radiology Scheduling Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience scheduling diagnostic imaging services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients navigate their healthcare journey while ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Schedule radiology diagnostic imaging appointments for patients and providers + Coordinate testing such as mammograms, DEXA scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and nuclear medicine exams + Verify health insurance coverage and eligibility for imaging services + Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments + Manage high-volume phone calls and scheduling requests + Ensure accurate documentation and follow scheduling protocols within internal systems •Required Qualifications•(Resume must show this experience) + 2+ years of DIRECT radiology diagnostic testing scheduling experience(
Examples:
mammogram, DEXA, X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine) + Health insurance verification knowledge + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare scheduling environment

Contract:
6 months with possible temp-to-hire based on performance and business need +
Pay Range:
$22/hour (entry level experience) up to $25/hour (for candidates with several years of experience) If you have direct radiology scheduling experience and insurance verification knowledge, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team and potentially transition into a long-term role.
