This role will work directly with carrier partners, monitor pickup routes and progress, conduct operational training, and coordinate between warehouses. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required for effective communication with overseas partners and teams.
Key Responsibilities Carrier Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier partners; coordinate daily pickup operations and resolve operational issues.
Route & Progress Monitoring:
Supervise and manage first mile pickup routes and real-time pickup progress to ensure on-time performance. Carrier Training Conduct pickup process training for carrier partners to ensure compliance with SPEEDX standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with pickup warehouses, verify pickup addresses, and assist carrier partners with address-related or access issues. Manage the handoff process when shipments return to the SPEEDX receiving warehouse; ensure smooth check-in and exception handling. Qualifications Warehouse Coordination -
Pickup Locations Inbound Coordination Education:
Bachelor's degree or above required.
Language:
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking carriers, warehouses, and operations teams).
Experience:
Prior experience in truck dispatch, fleet coordination, or first mile logistics is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic logistics software and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
$24.00 per hour
