Operations Coordinator TForce Logistics - 3.1 Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $21 - $23 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer service English High school diploma or GED Dispatching Full Job Description We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of assets and human resources including applications of Company policies and procedures to achieve efficiency, profitability, and good working relations with dispatch, owner-operators, customers and the public.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees driver activity to ensure high standards of operation. Ensures customer satisfaction. Recommends training, coaching and discipline. Assists in overseeing the warehouse function. Assist with driver training and orientation. Handles pre scheduling and route maintenance. Timely appointments and delivery set up. Performs other duties as assigned. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma. College degree preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 year experience in transportation and/or logistics
Schedule:
Morning Shift Monday to Friday - 9:30am-6:00pm No weekends
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
