$36 Job Summary The Insurance Operations Specialist supports insurance program operations by coordinating quoting workflows, validating rates, and maintaining financial data integrity. This role partners closely with underwriting, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of quotes, renewals, and financial information. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new business quoting and plan modifications with Underwriting and carriers. Review submissions for accuracy and compliance with carrier and program guidelines. Validate rating components and financial calculations prior to client delivery. Manage the annual renewal letter process, including rate verification and distribution. Maintain rate grids, financial databases, and program tools within agency systems. Serve as a liaison between underwriting, program oversight, and account teams. Communicate financial information clearly to support client service efforts. Ensure accurate and complete data entry across systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in insurance, finance, or an analytical role preferred. Ability to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire. Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
