Duties Assist with inventory control, tracking stock levels, and managing warehouse materials handling to ensure accurate inventory data. Support warehouse management activities including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and category management to facilitate efficient order fulfillment. Coordinate transportation management tasks such as dispatching, fleet management, and transportation planning using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain data and recommending enhancements for logistics efficiency. Help oversee procurement activities including sourcing, pricing negotiations, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and supply reliability. Support freight operations including NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) procedures, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), and materials sourcing for various categories. Assist with warehouse experience functions such as forklift operation, packaging, materials handling, and warehouse system updates like AS400 or CMMS platforms. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with supply chain management, inventory management, or logistics operations is preferred. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret supply chain analytics and demand planning data. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems, and shipping & receiving processes. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely; certifications are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, dispatching, and materials handling tasks. Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to support process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
