Job Description

Adecco is currently looking for a
  • Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
+ Serve as Salesforce administrator, maintaining CRM data integrity and system accuracy + Build and optimize workflows (Flows, Process Builder) to automate the transition from "Closed-Won" to Order Processing + Ensure seamless integration between sales, fulfillment, and accounting systems Online Order Oversight + Manage intake of orders from online sales platforms + Validate and reconcile order data as it flows into CRM and accounting systems + Troubleshoot integration or sync errors between platforms Order Fulfillment Coordination
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing and fulfillment
  • Verify inventory availability prior to release
  • Generate packing slips and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments + Performs quality control (QC) inspections in accordance with the equipment's approved service manual to ensure the device operates to OEM specifications + Understands and implements the company's software system to track work and input + Works well in a multi-task, high volume environment and can triage accordingly
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, E-commerce Operations, or Order Management
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including:
  • Flows
  • Process Builder
  • Reporting & Dashboards

  • Pay Details:
