What You Will Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be responsible for keeping our units fully operational, move-in ready, and up to our standards at all times.

A typical day may include:

Conducting inspections by overseeing move-ins and move-outs, evaluating cleaning quality, and ensuring every unit meets our standards. Preparing units with final touches to create a clean, welcoming, and ready-to-live-in space. Managing keys and handling basic maintenance tasks such as installing smart locks, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting minor issues. Running supplies and supporting maintenance or new unit setups as needed. Handling basic tech setups including WiFi, routers, and TVs, along with light troubleshooting. Providing general support wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.

A reliable vehicle and willingness to be on the road throughout the day. Comfort with basic tech setups and openness to learning new systems. Strong communication skills across email, phone, and apps. A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly. A strong sense of ownership and accountability in your work.
