What to Expect The Inspection Coordinator will host inspections for Tesla energy products. As an integral member of Tesla's Field Operations Energy team, the Inspection Coordinator keeps jobs moving efficiently towards permission tooperatewhile meeting monthlyobjectives. The Inspection Coordinator willbe responsible forall field and administrative tasks associated with passing inspections. The goal is to drive the Inspection's working queues to zero as quickly,safelyand efficiently as possible. What You'll Do

Assess job readiness for final inspection and schedule inspections with local building inspector

Prepare the job site for inspection including but not limited to; ladder set-up, opening electrical equipment, executing outstanding Punch-list items

Communicate all relevant information concerning next steps and timelines to the customer,jurisdiction, and leadership

Update the company database with relevant notes, necessary documentation, and move jobsforwardper company guidelines

Track open jobs to ensure the project is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible

Follow-up on jobs in working queue to ensure the job is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible What You'll Bring

Familiarity with PV plan sets preferred.1-2 years relative work experience in general construction

Able to organize time and tasks in afast pacedenvironment.



Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment.



Punctual with appointments and deadlines

Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them in an effective manner

Must be patient but persistent

Able to set up and secure20 footladders.



Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)

Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet forlong periodsof time

Familiar with OSHA safety rules preferred.



Excellent written and verbal communication skillsrequired.



Excellent customer service skillsrequired. Valid driver's licenserequired

Expected Compensation

$20.00 - $55.20/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
