HR Operations Coordinator Corsair - 2.5 Milpitas, CA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $85,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Paid parental leave Employee stock purchase plan Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Employee discount Pet insurance Qualifications Data integrity assurance Employee onboarding Data quality checks Confidential information handling Microsoft Excel Compensation market research Oracle FMLA HR communication Operations coordination Employee engagement program (employee development activity) Talent acquisition platforms ATS HR legal compliance Mid-level Bachelor's degree in business administration Quality control audit Data quality management Data integrity and documentation Employee data management Analysis skills ADA compliance Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management Compliance documentation New hire orientation Business Administration Employment law in talent management Productivity software Quality audits Full Job Description Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across the Americas, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and final pay processing Own and manage employee recognition programs, including service anniversary awards and company-wide initiatives Assist with compensation activities such as benchmarking, offer support, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments Administer leaves of absence in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act) Process employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS (Oracle HCM), ensuring proper documentation and approvals Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries and coordination of the annual open enrollment process Maintain and audit personnel records (electronic and paper) to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular audits and quality checks Participate in and support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed Desired Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or similar roles Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred) and/or applicant tracking systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) For roles that are based at our headquarters in

The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
