Who we are: We provide a variety of behavior analytic services to individuals with Autism as well as individuals with other developmental disabilities. Services can be provided at our center/clinic and within the home and community throughout Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and nearby Mountain Counties. We are located in Salida, California between Stockton and Modesto, just south of Ripon, off highway 99. B.E.S.T. has been providing services in the Central Valley since 1999 when it was co-founded by Sally Grevemberg, MA, B.C.B.A.

Position Opening:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. This individual will have 2+ years of scheduling experience for 300 or more employees, clients, or a combination of both. The Scheduling Coordinator role requires incredible attention to detail and big-picture thinking.

Position Overview:

The Scheduling Coordinator will develop and maintain monthly schedules for staff and clients. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for new client set up (coordinating schedule, contract and billing authorization) as directed by the Executive Director. The Scheduling Coordinator will also ensure that assigned daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. Furthermore, the Scheduling Coordinator is expected to be organized, professional and adaptable, and have the ability to prioritize. This individual must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and families via phone, email, and in person. A satisfactory credit check and extensive criminal background check are required for this position. Non-exempt Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
