Montebello, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Google Workspace Customer communication Filing English Administrative experience Organizational skills Chinese Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office & Operations Coordinator to support daily office administration and operational coordination activities. This role will assist with office management, warehouse communication, employee administration, vendor coordination, and general business support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks. Responsibilities Support daily office operations and administrative activities. Maintain company records, documents, and business files. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs. Schedule meetings and assist with administrative tasks. Communicate and coordinate with warehouse staff regarding daily operational matters. Follow up on inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer-related requests. Assist in tracking operational issues and reporting updates to management. Help ensure smooth communication between the office and warehouse teams. Assist with recruiting activities and interview scheduling. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain personnel records and employee documentation. Communicate with vendors, carriers, contractors, and service providers. Coordinate maintenance requests and service arrangements. Maintain operational records and reports. Assist management with assigned projects and follow-up tasks. Perform other duties as needed to support company operations. Skills Fluent in both English and Chinese (required). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work independently. Previous office, administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred but not required. Logistics or warehouse experience is a plus. jimmy yang 6264640337
