Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Operations Management Specialist to lead our warehouse and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and ensure seamless supply chain management. Your expertise will help elevate our manufacturing efficiency and uphold the highest standards of quality across our facilities. Duties Lead operational improvement initiatives by reviewing workflows, SOPs, staffing models, and warehouse processes; develop scalable solutions and standardize best practices across locations Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, labor productivity, cost structure, and P&L performance; identify root causes, financial impact, and improvement opportunities Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance review materials for senior leadership, highlighting key risks, trends, and recommended actions Establish project timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and risk mitigation plans; proactively escalate issues and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Partner with regional leaders and warehouse management teams to support workforce planning, capacity planning, productivity improvement, and operational readiness. Manage key vendors and service providers, including performance reviews, cost analysis, contract discussions, service-level improvement, and commercial negotiations. Support annual budgeting, operational forecasting, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives; monitor actual performance against budget and recommend corrective actions. Experience At least 3 year of relevant professional experience; supply chain or operations experience preferred, particularly in logistics, warehousing, large-scale 3PL, or e-commerce logistics. Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese Ability to travel 30%-50% and work directly with operational teams on-site Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to execute tasks and follow through Ability to learn quickly, interpret data, and solve practical problems Experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations, P&L, cost or labor productivity analysis, project management, or new warehouse launches preferred Practical skills in AI tools, data analysis and visualization, or process automation are a plus

$6,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
