Job Description

Surgery Scheduler Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordinating high-level patient care? We are looking for a proactive Surgery Scheduler to join our cardiology team in East Palo Alto. In this role, you will be the engine behind surgical workflows, ensuring every procedure is booked with precision to support both providers and patients. You will work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ability to manage complex schedules and verify insurance readiness directly impacts the success of our clinical operations. If you thrive on organization and enjoy being a key point of contact within a specialty medical department, we invite you to apply for this 13-week assignment. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred. Recent experience with EPIC software and surgical scheduling workflows is required. Proven ability to verify medical insurance and manage prior authorization processes. Communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment. Experience in cardiology or specialty procedural scheduling is highly preferred.

$24.4 - $24.42 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
