Job Description

Noctrix Health is redefining the treatment of chronic neurological disorders with clinically validated therapeutic wearables. Our team of medical device specialists, neuroscientists, and consumer electronics engineers is dedicated to delivering prescription-grade therapy with an outstanding user experience. We have pioneered the world's first drug-free wearable therapy, clinically proven to alleviate symptoms in adults with drug-resistant Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Associate (Temp-to-Hire) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution. This role will play a key part in building operational efficiency, improving scalability, and driving process excellence across teams. You will assist with operational workflow implementations, streamline existing processes, and help lay the foundation for sustainable growth. This role is based at our Pleasanton headquarters and requires being on-site Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Evolve current manual DME operations processes to enable business scalability by implementing more intuitive, efficient, and automated processes Investigate and implement process improvements using productivity tools Develop and execute process documentation and work instructions within a quality management system Ensure adherence to quality standards by maintaining written and electronic documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy for both clinical trials and commercialization Troubleshoot programming operations with the Engineering team, helping test script release candidates and providing feedback and insight to improve workflow Optimize and streamline Shipping and Receiving workflows, working with Patient Access to improve cost and patient satisfaction metrics Assist with New Product Introduction activities, including working with engineering teams and suppliers in support of new product launch schedules Assist with sourcing activities, including negotiations on lead time, cost, and payment terms with tier I and sub-tier suppliers, while maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or engineering field 2+ years of relevant working experience Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to think big while executing tasks with diligence Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent social and presentation skills, including the ability to present to executive-level management Outstanding oral and written communication skills Proven self-starter who works well under time and resource constraints Flexible and able to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with strong spreadsheet skills Physical capability to stand or sit for long hours each workday Ability to work in the office at least 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in business, manufacturing, or supply chain operations Experience in inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics Knowledge of prototyping, including additive manufacturing and laser cutting Knowledge of assembly and testing of electronics equipment and soft goods Experience in the medical device industry or a similar regulated industry
Compensation:
$25-$30 per hour (temp-to-hire)
