  • Join a Southern California Legacy! Secard Pools is Hiring a Construction Scheduling Coordinator
  • Be part of a tradition spanning over 65 years! Secard Pools is seeking a Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In addition to pool construction, we proudly offer spas, swim spas, above-ground pools, and pool accessories through our five retail locations. This role is vital to helping our customers bring their pool construction and renovation dreams to life.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and the sales team to coordinate new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with field supervisors, staff and customers.
  • Schedule and manage all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate with city and county officials to arrange inspections.
  • Qualifications and Skills
REQUIRED
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in construction (scheduling, permitting, and field inspections).
  • Customer Focus:
    Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Organization:
    Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving:
    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Gmail.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
