The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English and has experience in logistics and import/export operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the shipping process, including preparing documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and trucking companies, and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery Route shipments using client online portals Process invoices and receive shipment in our accounting software Handle various AR/AP tasks Monitor inventory and production status

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) Minimum 2 years of import/export or logistics experience Proficient in MS Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and proactively Associate degree or higher is preferred
