Job Description

Seeking an experienced Scheduler to support the planning, development, and execution of large‑scale, mission‑critical data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules to ensure alignment with cost, procurement, and execution strategies across the full project lifecycle. The Scheduler will collaborate closely with project management, construction, engineering, procurement, and cost controls teams to deliver accurate, logic‑driven schedules that support on‑time and on‑budget project delivery. Key Responsibilities Schedule Development & Maintenance Develop and maintain fully logic‑linked, resource‑loaded project schedules from early design through commissioning and turnover Establish baseline schedules, milestone schedules, and phase‑level schedules in alignment with Prime Data Centers' delivery standards Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities into a single cohesive schedule Maintain schedule updates on a weekly or bi‑weekly basis, incorporating progress, changes, and field input Schedule Analysis & Reporting Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments Identify schedule variances, delays, and potential impacts, and provide recovery and mitigation scenarios Prepare schedule narratives, look‑ahead schedules, and executive‑level reports Support earned value analysis and schedule performance metrics in coordination with Cost Controls Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Trade Partners to validate sequencing and constructability Coordinate with procurement and vendor schedules to ensure long‑lead items align with construction needs Support contract compliance related to schedule requirements, milestones, and reporting Change Management & Claims Support Incorporate approved changes, scope growth, and re‑sequencing into the project schedule Assist with time impact analyses (TIA) and delay assessments as required Maintain proper schedule documentation to support change orders and potential claims Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of scheduling experience on large‑scale construction projects Direct experience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects Proficiency with Primavera P6 (required) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and scheduling best practices Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting dashboards a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience working on hyperscale or large‑campus data center projects Familiarity with EPC, Design‑Build, or Owner's Rep delivery models Exposure to earned value management (EVMS) Knowledge of commissioning and turnover scheduling for mission‑critical facilities Experience supporting fast‑paced, multi‑building or phased programs
Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
