Job Description

Position Overview:
MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIANCE REQUIRED
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ABA Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by managing client and staff schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing exceptional communication between families, therapists, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain efficient schedules for ABA therapists, supervisors (BCBAs), and clients Coordinate sessions in accordance with treatment plans, staff availability, and client needs Monitor and adjust scheduling based on cancellations, call-outs, or changes in service authorizations Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with all parties involved Ensure compliance with authorization hours and payer requirements Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize service delivery Input and update client and staff information in scheduling and EHR systems Track and report attendance, cancellations, and schedule utilization Provide support with intake coordination, client onboarding, or general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in ABA/behavioral health field required Familiarity with ABA terminology and procedures Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) required - must be able to communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking clients and families.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
