The Operations Coordinator provides support for the day to day operations for one of our high performing regional warehouse teams. This role is focused on serving walk-in customers, coordinating orders, and executing daily warehouse and logistics tasks. Reporting directly to the Branch Operations Manager, this role is highly customer-facing, requiring someone who can engage customers as they arrive, move quickly, and help drive business through a positive and efficient branch experience. The position will also evolve as the branch scales, requiring flexibility and a proactive mindset. Customer & Branch Support (Primary Focus) Greet and engage walk-in customers to provide fast, professional, and helpful service Assist with order pickups, answer questions, and help win and retain customer business through strong service Process customer transactions efficiently to keep foot traffic moving quickly Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams on order status and next steps Order Execution & Returns Process returns and order updates accurately and within timelines Gather details from internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve issues Escalate recurring issues and support continuous improvement Logistics Coordination Learn and operate within the company's trucking and delivery systems Schedule and coordinate shipments, pickups, and exceptions Monitor shipments and flag delays or issues Warehouse Execution (Hands-On) Confidently pick, pack, and prepare orders for handoff to QC and customers Support loading/unloading and maintain organization of the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and standards Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with confidence interacting face-to-face Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a high foot-traffic environment Comfortable balancing customer interaction with hands-on warehouse tasks Experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer-facing roles preferred ERP/WMS experience (NetSuite a plus) EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Solar experience preferred. NetSuite experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, touch, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Frequently required to climb or balance. Occasionally required to sit. Able to move 2,500 lbs with a pallet jack. Frequently and repeatedly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs individually and up to 150 lbs on team lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; and vibration. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
