Duties:
We are seeking a meticulous professional to join our semiconductor DieFab team in Santa Rosa, California. Our facility specializes in manufacturing integrated circuits to support both internal and external customers. As a member of the visual inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the final integrity of both production and development circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently within a team environment to achieve area goals. Undergo training tailored to your existing knowledge and ability to acquire new skills. Operate a high-powered microscope and use product-specific guidelines to assess the overall quality of chips prior to shipment. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards for both integrated circuits and diodes.
Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Experience in integrated circuit fabrication processing, including but not limited to sorting or visual inspection. Ability to focus on intricate patterns to identify small imperfections using a microscope. Experience working under a microscope for detailed inspections. Proficiency in inspection at 50x, 100x, and 600x magnifications. Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) room environment. Capability to raise concerns through a standardized chain of command. Skill in handling and processing delicate and small materials.

Attention to detail. Skilled in handling delicate products. Strong focus and concentration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
