In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via phone and digital communication to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest. Engage in active conversations to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all details are clear and confirmed. Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed. Maintain detailed records of interactions, updating client information with accuracy using Microsoft Office tools or data entry systems. Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and improve appointment-setting success rates. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating strong communication skills, and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred; call center experience is a plus! Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English; bilingual abilities are a bonus! Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent analysis skills to assess lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts efficiently. Basic computer skills including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or scheduling software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enabling us to serve diverse client populations effectively.
